But it wasn’t always this way. And let me tell you – juggling two toddlers, a dog, and a part-time job while starting an Airbnb business wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. 

Trust me, I know what it’s like to stare at your spare room and wonder, “Can I really do this?” Spoiler alert: You absolutely can.

I was overwhelmed before I was even running my Airbnb. Because, as with any project, I started with research. I was quickly drowning in YouTube tutorials and random blog posts. 

Some nights, I’d be up late researching while my kids (finally!) slept, wondering if it was worth pouring my limited free time into this idea.

The answer is: yes. I finally blocked out the overwhelm and went for it, made a bunch of mistakes along the way, and figured out a few things that worked. Not just for one property, but two!

Now my Airbnbs are doing good, and I still have time for playground visits and puppy cuddles. And even for new projects, like this blog where I help other hosts turn their Airbnb dreams into reality.
